Programme Terms

    Operator

    The AISA Referral Programme is run by AI Security Academy Ltd, Innovation One, DIFC, Dubai ("AISA").

  2. 02

    Eligibility

    Anyone aged 18 or over may join, including AISA employees and contractors. Employees and contractors may not earn rewards on sales they handle as part of their role. AISA may close any account that breaks these terms.

    Codes

    Each participant receives one personal referral code and link. Codes may not be sold, transferred or altered.

  4. 04

    Friend offer

    A new AISA customer who uses a valid referral code receives 20% off their first payment. The offer cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion or campaign code.

  5. 05

    Reward

    For each qualifying purchase, the participant earns 20% of the amount the friend paid, after discounts and excluding taxes. The participant chooses to receive it as cash or as AISA account credit, and may switch for future referrals on request.

  6. 06

    Qualifying purchase

    A purchase qualifies when it is the friend's first paid online purchase, the friend was referred through the participant's link (tracked for 60 days, last click) or entered the participant's code at sign-up, and it is not refunded or charged back within 30 days.

  7. 07

    Payment

    Cash rewards are paid monthly once the participant's balance reaches USD 100, through the payout methods available in their country. Where none is available, the participant may request a bank transfer from AISA. Payout providers may charge fees. Participants must provide accurate payout and tax information. Credit is added to the participant's AISA account, applies to future AISA purchases, and has no cash value.

    Expiry

    Unused credit, and cash balances below USD 100, expire 12 months after they are earned.

  9. 09

    Cap

    Rewards are capped at USD 50,000 per participant per calendar year, unless a separate written partner agreement says otherwise.

  10. 10

    Exclusions

    Enterprise, team and academic deals paid by purchase order, invoice or wire transfer are excluded and are handled through separate agreements.

  11. 11

    Prohibited conduct

    Self-referrals; posting codes on coupon, deal or cashback sites; bidding on AISA brand terms in paid search; misleading claims about AISA; spam; and undisclosed paid promotion. AISA may cancel rewards and close accounts that break these rules.

  12. 12

    Disclosure

    Participants who are paid or otherwise compensated to promote AISA must say so clearly and follow applicable advertising rules.

  13. 13

    Changes

    AISA may change or end the programme at any time. Changes apply to referrals made after notice. Rewards already earned are honoured under the terms in force when they were earned, unless obtained through prohibited conduct.

  14. 14

    Data

    Participant data is processed by AISA and its programme provider to run the programme, as described in AISA's Privacy Policy.

  15. 15

    Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre.
